Selection Responsibility: Customers are responsible for choosing the correct options of the gift.

Personalisation Details: Customers must ensure the correct personalisation information, including names, surnames, messages, and photos, are provided.

Design: We do offer a design service for personalised items. If we design your items, we will not produce the item without your explicit approval first. Once approval is received, your item will take 2 to 3 business days to produce.

Photo Quality: All items containing photos are produced based on the quality of photo provided when placing the order. Low resolution photos will result in a low quality print. Customers must ensure that they are 100% happy with their own photo quality before submitting it for personalisation.

Limitations on Personalisation: Only certain elements of a gift can be personalised, such as the name, date, message, or photo. Other parts of the gift will arrive as shown in the image and cannot be altered. Name, date, and message personalisation are subject to character limitations.

Character Limitation Responsibility: Customers must ensure their personalisation fits within the character limit.

Message Length: A short message can be as heartwarming as a long one.
