Production Time: All items are hand-made and take 2-3 business days to be produced.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to you. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address or pickup location at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address information before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information can result in delays in shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect address information or external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions.
